Every team. Every leader. Every business.
They're built on trust.
Growth, new hires, shifting dynamics.
Disruption is inevitable.
The teams that weather it are the ones built on a foundation of trust. Is yours ready?
Trust is non-negotiable
The landscape has changed.
Leaders are asking hard questions right now.
Why is communication breaking down?
Why does it feel like people are checked out?
Why is it so hard to get everyone actively engaged?
The easy answer is to blame generational differences, remote work or shifting attention spans. Those things ARE real. But they are symptoms, not the source.

What is actually happening?
Your team has been watching.
They have watched companies downsize overnight in the name of efficiency. They have watched entire departments get replaced by technology. And they are absorbing a very clear message, whether your company has said it or not.
A message that says: They are expendable.
When people believe they are expendable, they protect themselves. They stop going above and beyond. They stop investing emotionally. They do what is required and nothing more.
This is not laziness. This is a rational response to feeling like the investment will not be returned.
A paycheck does not prove your company is worth their best effort. Trust does.
The leaders who will build something lasting are not the ones who demand more from their people. They are the ones willing to prove their people are worth investing in. To show up with intention. To create a culture where trust is not assumed but actively earned.
That is the difference between a team that survives change and one that grows through it.
The health of your team and the health of your business are not separate things. Invest in one and you invest in both.
And it is exactly what I am here to help you build.

Meet Your Trainer
"My greatest superpower is how I naturally earn trust, and it was being undermined by the very techniques I was taught."
Hello. I'm Bethany George.
I have been teaching business owners and sales professionals how to build trust intentionally for years. How to read the people in front of them, communicate in ways that actually land, and create relationships that sustain a business long term.
These are lessons I learned years ago on my own sales journey.
I noticed it first in everyday moments. People I ran into, in passing, in conversation, would naturally open up to me. They felt comfortable. They shared things. And I could feel the connection happening organically.
But the moment I switched into an agenda, the moment I shifted from connecting to selling, I watched it disappear in real time. I could see it in their body language. Arms crossing. Energy pulling back. The warmth that was there a moment ago, gone.
Everything I wanted, professionally and personally, was on the other side of those crossed arms.
So I stopped asking "how do I get better at selling" and started asking a different question. How do I establish trust? And instead, focus on creating something genuinely beneficial for both of us.
That question led me to develop the Trust Styles framework, built on the foundation of the DISC personality system.
I realized trust is not just a sales tool. It is the foundation every team needs. And it must start from the inside out.
Working With the Best Clients and Partners

What changes when TRUST is built with INTENTION
Trust works beneath the surface of everything your team does. It is there when things are going well and it is there when things fall apart. Most teams never learn to see it, name it, or talk about it directly.
What would be different if your team could...
-
Have a shared language to use in day to day conversations.
-
Gain a greater understanding of how different people communicate and build trust.
-
Access tools for navigating conflict.
-
Develop stronger cohesion during periods of growth and change.
-
Build a foundation that reduces turnover.
What’s different from other workshops:
Everyone is in the room together (leaders and staff), simultaneously. Roles are set aside so all are able to learn and grow with equality. That in-person, simultaneous experience creates a level of connection and trust that an online assessment or virtual training simply cannot replicate.
Because trust does not trickle down.
It is built together.
That is what I create with your team.
